FREE TRAVEL, ADDITIONAL TRAVEL AVAILABILITY
We provide unlimited distance travel. Travel rates are equal to that of comparable service rates. Travel within defined Service Coverage Area are included at no additional charge with only the minimum service call for Key Clients. We will provide service in outlying cities, new areas, and entirely new states at no additional charges providing sufficient work order volume in our base service areas.

FREE ESTIMATES
We do not charge for estimating service jobs of appropriate scope-size; that is above standard NTE on a Right-of-First-Refusal basis. This does not cover engineering, inspections, surveys, and other estimating services above basic quoting such as that requiring takeoffs, soil samples, etc. We may charge for basic quote requests if number of jobs dispatched as RFP or "Quote Only" is excessive.

ALL WORK GUARANTEED
Yes! Typical warranty period is 90-360 days. Limits on service warranty may be waived for key clients.

NATIONAL FACILITIES MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT IN OUR SERVICE
National clients partially include Family Dollar Stores, Wal-Mart/Sam's Club, Sunoco, CVS Pharmacy, Best Buy, Toys R Us, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, and Gap Stores.

FULL TIME SERVICE PERSONNEL
56 full time Service Technicians work within our basic Service Coverage Area.  Additionally we have 22 plumbers and 18 electricians throughout these service areas.

SERVICE TRUCKS / VANS
48 service vehicles. Standard Heavy, and large Hydro-Jetting vehicles, Pump trucks, Vactor trucks.

SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT AND RELATED COSTS (as needed only)
- Cabling Equipment (TYPICAL) – hourly rates plus $150 set-up fee as applicable
- Water-Jetting/Eeling/Power-Auger – hourly rates plus set-up fee as applicable. Please ask for your customized rates
- Truck-mounted power equipment such as jetting, vacuum, washing, and sewer cleaning - hourly rates plus set-up as applicable
- Additional charges, if any, are provided prior to starting work. Please ask for your customized rates
- Fees reduced or waived for key client status when equipment is on-hand at time of service or other such feasibility

MAXIMUM SERVICE CAPACITY AND BEYOND – PRE-PLANNING
In addition to a full-service retail facility services provider, we are also a Commercial Construction Builder and G.C. During this period of reviewing your particular service profile and associated information, we have analyzed logistics and redirected and allotted service crew and management for sufficient handling of your jobs. 

Should we reach maximum capacity of this workforce design, we use several options with one of two main directions:

  1. Our Satellite offices are modularly designed for rapid duplication in new or busy areas.  This allows additional service personnel and management with the same training as our veteran staff to be “plugged” into a new location outfitted with in-house support and shop services. We have performed this operation many times with excellent results.

  2. Our commercial construction roster is filled with skilled tradesman and engineers of all levels. As a proactive approach to changing workload conditions, we routinely cross-train and “team-swap” for effective interdivisional provisioning

OUR LICENSES IN THE STATES WE PROPOSE SERVICE TO YOUR STORES
Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, New York, New York City, Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. License holders and specific trade licenses in these and other states are held.

NOTE: Considerable efforts and careful planning are integral to a highly efficient and reliable service program for your stores - tailored to raise your level of service and quality to your customers. Our program, after scrutinizing many details, is structured allowing us to work as a Partner Vendor with you and thereby take on responsibility in that manner.

We must therefore plan to set a launch date for100% serviceability to you. All information and service descriptions are in effect as of the launch date. We are available in most locations as a “soft opening” until that time.
